"I am not one for loyalty with insurance companies. As we all know, loyalty gets you higher rates and mediocre service. Dayana Torres has literally changed that. I have left State Farm before when they go into what I call "ridiculous rate mode," but I always come back with Dayana Torres. When I call this lady, she tells me that she is paid by State Farm and that she can't do anything for me.
